Payments
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.
Returns
Because all of our products are made to order we only accept returns on damaged items. We provide size charts on all of our listings to help you make a better decision on sizing.
The best way to change your order is to contact our support. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.
Shipping
1-5 days. Based on what we have in stock we process orders same day. If we forsee a longer ship time than five days we will reach out to you via email. Thank you!
Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support and we can assist you with the next steps.
Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for replacement.

Why yes we do! Fun fact we have no minimum order on custom work and work with lots of small companies wanting a small run of items. We run a full print shop and have the ability to print apparel, stickers, hats, totes, patches, and pins. Please reach out to us if you wold like to work with us!
We use a process called Direct To Garment or DTG. This is a process in which we embed eco-friendly ink into the fabric of the garment. This creates a superior looking product. All of our products are proudly made in our print shop located in Chardon, Ohio.
